I am a Network / VoIP Engineer based out of New York City(born and raised)..

I run the largest real estate investor group in Vegas....there you could plug in for networking and resources.   

I would like to use my past real estate experience along with my degree to build a family real estate investment business to enable my husband to leave his current job to work along with me and pass along to my son one day.I am a big fan of forums and of networking so I look forward to meeting so many of you online and maybe even get the opportunity to FaceTime or Skype to share professional experiences.I enjoy helping others so if there may be any questions that I can answer for you especially in the area of property management which is a strength of mine, please don't hesitate to ask.

It is FANTASTIC for networking, Try to go to as many as you can every month, this can help you really get to know people on a more personal level.

Who are you guys/gals using to do residential floor plans (both current status and proposed) for flips and permits? If you're doing it yourself, what tools are you using? 

In my initial networking leap forward here I'd like to offer up my knowledge of mold remediation, fire and water damage, carpet cleaning, and general contracting.

I wonder if anyone here has ever listed with them to actually find a manager/renter to take over an STR.Background: I'm exploring the opportunity costs and various alternatives to traditional DIY hosting that most of us are doing.
