I thought I might try it for the apartment we put on the market last week since it was so close to the holidays interest might be low but we had 6 highly qualified applicants in four days so once again I didn't again I didn't try to find someone with a voucher.

I tell them they are responsible for knowing bank holidays and hours and must have payment in before the 1st, so if 1st is on a Sunday, they need to pay by Saturday to avoid late charges.
