The Winter Buying Lull

Hi BP community,

As we approach the winter season I want to hear from investors the reasoning behind the slowdown during the winter season. Yes I understand that its cold, miserable out and all the kids are back in school, but whats the data driven decision to take your foot off the gas. If anything with less people buying, you have the option to source the best deal when your not competing with so many investors. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
