There are properties with very long term leases to AAA credit tenants where the income from the property is so high that a lending institution will make a loan based almost solely on the renrtal income stream.

To make it more difficult the tenant pool seems to keep getting worse and worse.I don't think it bodes well for the future of our country that such a large percentage of the population is so self-asorbed and so lazy and completely free of ethics..
