I know there are many companies and individuals who offer these services however I would like to know what questions I should ask so I know what I am getting and what steps I should take to make sure my site stays secure in the future. 

Once I get licensed, I plan to sign with one of the major brokerages, KW, due to their amazing training programs.

I was able to pay my mortgage  off when my mortgage loan when it was about 10 years old with a Home Improvement loan at that time for 1.99% I have learned recently that the Bankers are trained to withhold anything that might be considered negative from you. 

And I'm having a hard time convincing our bank to allow this large a check deposit through the mobile apps (when they have one, ugh community banks sometimes)... unless we want to upgrade and pay for the privilege of their "treasury services".Thoughts?

I just think those that couch the assignment game as providing a service that helps people ..

I have a background in Telesales, Retail Sales, Training and Facilitating and Public Speaking.

I think Rarebird would be doing their members a big service to invite one of the Department of Real Estate enforcement officers to a meeting and explain what is legal and what is not.. and same with someone from the CCB...Having gone toe to toe with those folks and losing  .. and the division of corporate securities and paying fine.Oregon is  tough place to do this the way all the rest of the wholesalers work through out the country..
