One month is a pretty fast turnabout on that much of an increase, unless we're talking $2k-$2300.

We've discussed it with a few prospective tenants and they seemed genuinely happy about the suggestion.If you want your landlord to start reporting your payments to help build/solidify your credit, I think you should talk to them and see what options they can come up with.  

My main concern at starting all this is talking to people.

I see people getting smashed every day when I talk to investors. 

Talk to property managers, call for rent signs and talk to the landlordsHope this helps!

Your attorney, and that article, are talking about when you are entering into business contracts, that can create an obligation, or liability, and making it clear it is the LLC entering into the contract/obligation, as opposed to you as an individual......Not when your're opening the bank account for the LLC!

For an example of what I'm talking about, this guy has some great videos showing him making actual phone calls to real motivated sellers: The tutorials, books and podcast are amazing, and if you guys have already done these kind of videos/blogs let me know... but I think videos/blogs chronicling every detail of real deals as they're in progress from start to finish that you guys are working on would be extremely educational.It would be so awesome to watch a series of videos/podcasts or a series of articles/blogs where Josh or Brandon are detailing every step of the process in a deal that they're currently working on.
