Zillow was always biased toward realtors, but by allowing owners to list their properties on Zillow, Zillow also represented threat to the monopolistic position of the NAR – it was in a way potentially eroding NAR’s stronghold on the market.

I understand nothing will cash flow positive doing this in my area but it would at least help with payments. 

Our primary unit is still operating about 95% occupied and rates have never declined for us.
