Not a single person, or other RE agents, suggested that I should sue my RE agent who advised me not to do an inspection.So, yes, maybe in theory, agents are legally responsible if they don't work in my best interest, but in practice that's not the case.

What I think is a valuable tool/person to have in your corner now more than ever is an investment specialist or specifically STR specialist realtor that knows how to underwrite and thus knows how to find a good deal.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted - quick update:- Purchased condo in 08/2021, fixed it up and it’s been fully leased since 11/2022- Purchased 2 unit in 10/2022, currently living in one unit and renting the otherI’ve gotten my feet wet, bumped my head, learned a lot - but ready to add to my portfolio.
