I would ideally like to project manage a few flips.

Jumping into a flip project without money is a recipe for disaster.

Ok not sure what lender you spoke to but if they only lend on LTV not ARV then this is the wrong lender for this project. 

It won’t matter how new your appliances are if they do massive laundry for all their family members and friends because it’s free .

However it states that the 2013, 2014 and 2015 taxes have been forfeited which I assume means sold. 2016 says no taxes sold.My brother is a massive degenerate and loser, his credit is already destroyed and he's filed for bankruptcy and owes over 400K to the IRS.
