What is the best way to establish your rent rate? I am looking to put my property on the market but I am not sure where I even start with establishing what the rent should be. Any suggestions? zip code is 92106

@Rob Tartre  Welcome to BP.  There's lots of resources out there but not one of them by itself is perfect.  You really need to check multiple sources to get an accurate gauge of what's appropriate for your specific property/area.

Here's an article with a bunch of resources you can use to help get an idea of what your property's rent should be: How to Determine Fair Market Rent.
