I think @Ted Schmidt and @Scott Costello touched on the same point I was trying to get to - the messaging and whether it would get mixed.For example, let's say I'm sending out direct mail and including a website on that mail for those folks.

Many of the landlord properties may be tenant occupied or vacant, so I guess I would have to locate the seller and either call or mail them the information regarding the lease option since a lot of realtors are reluctant to work with investors.Maybe I could let them know that my company specializes in lease purchasing and they will know I will not be living in the property and maybe they will not aks for my credit and rental app.Thanks Brian!
