I am mailing to a new list of pre-foreclosures at 6-12 weeks before they go to auction.Is a postcard enough to get them to call, or is a handwritten letter or typed letter the best?

Many of the landlord properties may be tenant occupied or vacant, so I guess I would have to locate the seller and either call or mail them the information regarding the lease option since a lot of realtors are reluctant to work with investors.Maybe I could let them know that my company specializes in lease purchasing and they will know I will not be living in the property and maybe they will not aks for my credit and rental app.Thanks Brian!
