Hi all,

My name is Dennis Guzman I live and work in the Los Angeles area. I've spent most of my time working in advertising but in my free time I've been fixing up places for friends and family. I think it's time I used those skills to build a solid real estate portfolio. Coming from advertising, DM (Direct mail) is nothing new to me, I've done work for Cashcall; Cashcall Mortgage; Greeenlight financial; and Time Warner Cable to name a few. I plan on starting to build some working capital by wholesaling and assigning contracts and building a buy list using DM. The Podcasts are wonderful and I look forward to sharing my first deal with the entire BP family.

Onward, and upward,

Dennis Guzman
