Hey guys, What is your opinion of the best way to meet new Investors, Builders, and Real Estate folks in the Southern CA area, and if anybody knows of any good real estate meetings or groups for networking and meeting new investors and real estate entrepreneurs, I would love hear what you guys recommend. 

One property is a condo (in CA) that I rent out, and the other property is a house (in NV) that I live in and rent out the other rooms.I quit my W2 job last year to start a business, which is slightly profitable today, but I reinvest everything back into the business.I have a bunch of cash saved up and am comfortable deploying $100K into another property in Las Vegas ($80K down payment + $10K furnishing + $10K margin).The only problem is that I’m not sure how to finance my next house without W2 income.I talked to a few lenders about DSCR loans, and most say they calculate rental income based on the entire house, instead of by the room.I would love to get the creative knowledge of the BP community on how to fund my next home 🙏🏼I'm also open to any lender referrals 😊

It seems to be quite "the norm" in the US, however in Europe banks tend to think a bit more traditionally (but I could be dead wrong).Would love to hear your experience!

1) Yes I thought that maybe the best route an MTR. 2) still building cash reserves and trying to figure out a good number. 3) No strong experience in the area, I would look to hire someone to manage.4) I was thinking multi unit rents can pay for property and one unit can be STR or MTRWould love to coordinate a game plan

I am software engineer by trade, but have always loved and followed real estate.
