Hey everyone,

In my day job, I work with vacant and abandoned properties on the South Side of Chicago - Englewood, Woodlawn, South Shore, etc. I see all kinds of work trucks and I deal with investors all the time, and I've always been curious about what various investors in those areas are up to and what strategies they use. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience on the South Side of the city specifically.
