I’m looking to buy a duplex to start off my real estate investment portfolio and since I’m out of state in California I can’t find much information and would rather listen to investors opinions in the area, thank you in advance!

Have a great passion for Real Estate and that is what has to lead me to listen to the podcast and others every single day and week just constantly learning and trying to better understand the whole process.

Hi Guys, Was listening to Brandon's webinar on how a newbie can start building wealth through real estate.

I would recommend getting a good mentor or listening to Craig proctor, and learning a script before calling people so you know how to talk and get to the info that is needed, so you aren't wasting your time!

Anyone have any suggestions.I am a very easy going person I love learning I have started listening to the Podcasts there are just so many to go through haha.

I've been listening to the biggerpockets podcast for a little while but I'm new to the biggerpockets community. 

All of these stories that they had built put them in a position to believe that this project was going to be successful so it's that dream home and here are all the reasons why it makes sense when you're making a business decision you can look at those things and that's nice and it's what you should do and you can even extrapolate you can come to me and say listen here's all the spreadsheets this is why this deal makes sense.And that's a good way to look at it, a business venture but what you must do is contemplate your worst-case scenario if the market corrects back if that asset falls from where it's worth six hundred thousand down to three hundred thousand and believe me no one will believe that can happen but I've seen it so it'll go from six to three.
