Traditional bank loans might not be in the cards just yet due to your income history, but don't let that stop you.Enter the world of hard money lenders and private money lenders.

So by having income you can show is consistent, it helps you qualify and look more attractive to lenders down the line.  

Realtors are well versed in contract law and verbiage to help avoid issues during and after closing.Agents also work closely with the Bank/Lender to help the buyers and sellers close on time and without issues. 

Has anyone come across any DSCR lenders willing to fund loans smaller than 75K?

Hey guys, look forward to meeting everyone and possibly being able to meet up with a private lender with interest rates so high I’m considering doing Private Lending on my next property in 2025  I’m also interested in just meeting up with other real estate investors in the Warren Ohio region the app would not let me select that City but that’s where I’m at if anyone is out here in that area Holland Ohio Warren Ohio region.
