first multifamily purchase

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $722,000
Cash invested: $70,000

New Multifamily house looking to get them rented out currently.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property had multiple units in a neighborhood i believe is going through gentrification soon.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow. I used a relator to help with negotiating.

How did you finance this deal?

personal savings and a home loan

What was the outcome?

We closed on my very first investment property.
