Listing agent thought $25k could get it livable (4000 sf 4 unit that needed new roof all new Hvac systems and new kitchens and baths as whoever owned it removed everything)I offered $50k and listing agent said it would be laughed at - I said fine but it's been on market for a year for a reason.
