In today’s world of Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc, I could essentially list my own property for free, and with every one else scouring the internet looking for houses themselves, sell it easily myself.

I would need at least 4 clips per drywall sheet.In an internet search, the cheapest US suppliers that post prices appear to be charging almost $5 per clip, even in 1000+ quantities.

@James Wise - fair point but as the market advances, their 8% - 10% plus aggressive placement fees, renewal fees, vacancy fees, the list goes on will have to come down or the likes of Hemlane.com and Buildium will begin to expand their service offering and make the "on the ground people" obsolete just like roofstock is doing to zillow and redfin or internet banking did to banks.
