Hopefully, my comments will give you food for thought regardless of whether you agree with me, and besides, if I'm just plain wrong headed in my thinking, I'm sure many will point that out too!

Now the area feels very safe, and very hip hipster bars are popping up along 14th street, heading north from Columbia Heights proper.

Too see where BV is heading I think just look at the neighboring Silver Terrace.

I'm going to replace the dishwasher tomorrow in the rental and afterwards heading to Naval Bagels (awesome)..... on my trek to the district courthouse to file my 6th failure to pay rent form.

I wish I knew how easy this business was when I was 18 and headed out in the world.

Peter, We are working these markets,  any second and third level city on the coast to name a few Myrtle beach, Wilmington, all Grand Strand markets, Charleston, Hilton Head, Savannah GA, we are also active around second level city's with colleges in VA,NC,SC,GA.

Its great to put multiple heads together as i am far from perfect and this is a great way to always double check myself!

I can't think of a good wholesaling book off the top of my head, but "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" is always a good place to start and does talk about wholesaling some.
