My agent brought me a property that was soon to be listed last year and the listing agent just sat on it and sat on it and 8 weeks went by while he showed it to me and a bunch of people but never listed it.

I know they listed it for rent during the slow months of the holiday season but still, is that really why it wasn't being rented?

You can not only search for them, but you can assign your listing to a specific cleaner if you choose and they can accept cleanings that post as soon as a guest books (you must integrate it into your booking platform) and you pay the cleaners on there as well (direct deposit once the cleaning is completed).
