House in Austin not renting?
I just stumbled upon this house in Austin (B+ neighborhood). I was going through the price history and it looks like the owner tried to rent out the property between November and January, lowering the price each month until they finally decided to put it up for sale. The house looks great as you'll see. Freshly renovated and the rent price they were asking by the end ($2150) seemed fair. I know they listed it for rent during the slow months of the holiday season but still, is that really why it wasn't being rented? Do you feel like anything else can explain this vacancy? Not my property, I'm just curious.
