Yeah it seems from what I’m reading I would need to extend my occupancy longer than 6months into the property to develop equity..

I spoke to an attorney about it a few months ago, he suggested with 20-30 property investors, it could go pretty far(and hopefully be successful) while being affordable for each plaintiff.I'm putting out this question because I just read that there's a consideration by Biden to extend the moratorium through July(and in July, maybe until who knows when?)
