Generally, they don't communicate very well, unless you are a bigger client.

Which means you need to look through many, so efficiency matters. 

EVAPS are also not very efficient when temps go over 105, regardless of humidity.  

To the extent that they do that efficiently and honorably it works well but it probably goes bad more than it goes well.

@Richard Chang  I have worked with Dave on a few 1031 exchanges and his knowledge is very helpful and his company has done a great job for my investors, with A+ communication.

An even easier route is to find a Realtor that is actually willing to work for his money and is good at communication and will take the 6 minutes required to give you a comp list for a property when you request one.
