Credit - You won't be able to at first, but eventually you will want to be able to secure your investment debt with your LLC instead of with your personal guarantee.  

My goal is to eventually obtain a great paying job to fund my RE investments.      

We need help to network with investor cash buyers so we can start out by wholesaling properties to build cash flow and then eventually move on to rehabbing properties.  

Just keep plugging away and it will all start to make sense eventually:)

Eventually I would like to purchase the million dollar homes once I get a few properties under my belt. 

Even at a small cap rate, I know that a property on the fringe of a lower quality submarket will eventually get taken over by the growth before it.

We are mostly interested in buy and hold but would eventually love to get into the flip game.

Half a dozen closings(and leases) under my belt with one active rental saving for my next down payment.Goal is to fund my start with the paycheck and eventually go full time management/investor but for now I have a PM to assist.I'm looking to jump in and start learning all I can. 

Water table rises up to the trench and then enters the drain system, getting pumped out eventually at the sump pit.
