New to Real Estate Investing - California

Hello, my name is Debbie Ayala and I am new to real estate investing.  My sister and I have teamed up on this new venture with the desire to make a better income and improve our financial future.  We live in the Inland Empire of California and have been interested in rehabbing houses for some time but didnt really know where to begin until a recent real estate workshop attended.  We need help to network with investor cash buyers so we can start out by wholesaling properties to build cash flow and then eventually move on to rehabbing properties.  We are excited to learn all we can about real estate investing!
