Hey Guys, I just wanted to know is there a way I can obtain a tax delinquent property list ?

Final Note, my area is about 20 minutes from downtown St Louis across the river here in Illinois, investors from STL are picking off properties over here adding further scarcity.Just hoping to spark a discussion that might help me and others - where do you find your good buys?

I'm currently in a discussion with a company for 5.5% + $35/hr for routine maintenance + 1/2 month fee for finding new tenants.

We also discussed my reasons for using them (collect rent, background check, handymen/contracts with laborers, etc).Issue 1: AC went out during the hottest day of August (capacitor issue). 

Everything is up for discussion.

nowhere in the deed do they define the "aforesaid" or "set forth herein" conditions.....so it seems to be saying two different things.....I'm passing this along only for the sake of discussion I really appreciate all who have taken and are taking the time to follow and contribute to this discussion.
