Yes, it will cost you more at first, but a good lender will evaluate your deals critically, provide vetted paperwork, and help you stay out of trouble.

Seeking out competent legal advice or even a savvy investor or property manager is critical.

I think being a successful real estate investor includes being critical and verifying all information, having the self-confidence to make your own decisions, managing risks and acting in spite of fear.

I feel like the critics of wholesaling have a different view of the kinds of houses most commonly in that market space than I do.
