I have a son who is very active in sports sometimes my job gets in the way of making it to his games, which frustrates me.

I am hoping to eventually turn this active income into more passive income or at least diversify a bit.   

this thread was hilarious...I will say if your looking for a woman who has the same passion for you in real estate just start being active and provide value in real estate forums and groups.

You can take them to court and sue them for failure to perform on the contract and seek damages, but how much time and money is it worth sinking into this? 

It would be incredible disservice to myself to not seek out information from this amazing, expansive, and experienced group of real estate investors.
