I have a satellite office in Spring Hill and come through the area fairly often as I have audit work all over the State of Florida.

@Winford Hill this may be after the fact, but I always include a copy of the rules and regulations for the association, and the tenant signs off that they know and understand them in their entirety.Did you inform your property manager who leased the property that this was a stipulation If you reside in the community?

That's a hell of a snowball to start rolling down a hill.

I would run for the hills on this option if the seller/borrower seemed untrustworthy.

You might have a little more luck in Hesperia which is a bit nicer and about 35- 45 miles from Barstow, but in my own opinion, id focus on properties "down the hill".

The law is silent as to if the owner just decided to evict the person.  

top agents in most higher priced markets make well over 1 million a year and of course some of the rock stars in say Manhatton or Beverly hills type areas probably can do 5 times that in commission income.. but I know they will spend a lot on marketing  bill boards  big catered open houses etc etc. 

The house is on the east side of the hill above Wallace Road and does not get a huge amount of daytime sun, especially with all of the tree growth around the house.
