Hi im looking for some advice here. so heres my scenario theres a house in default the owners have missed a mortgage payment of $1200 they bought it 2yrs ago and have very little equity because they bought it over priced. i would like a good strategy to get this house subject to. But as far as i know its illegal in oregon to buy a foreclosure in any other way not is not a full cash offer. im looking for ideas to get there mortgage current and out of foreclosure so that i can legally do a subject to. oregon has some pretty crazy laws. lol i was thinkinh about having a friend of mine lend them money to pay the past due amount so i can go in and buy subject to buy whos to say they wont just change there mind and not sell it to me and not pay me the past due amount back
