Less hassle overall, and no issues so far *knock on wood*.Since I will be outfitting all 3 units at once and costs are high, I'm considering buying some appliances used.

I think what some of the others mentioned is what I’ll probably end up doing and trying to repair it as it may take more work and energy trying to take it down and scraping the wood. 

The whole process of living in the property has taught me various skills from laying down wood flooring, to installing light fixtures and tile work.

The kitchen has basic natural wood cabinets with white appliances, tiled floor and carpet throughout the home.

In the end I think she was super thankful that I got a new AC, and she's still staying at my property after 2 years *knock on wood*. 

Installation is easy and it looks great.Some of the other LVP brands I've looked at have a thin veneer on top that can be scratched through or a cork/wood backing that will cup if wet.

Seller is asking 185k, this property has some issues, some water leak in the basement, could be due to uncleaned gutter neglect, poor drainage, causing the wood to rot behind the gutter.
