Anyone Familiar with Seminole / Orange County?

Hey All,

After a couple months of research, my business partner and I are looking to make our first deal, which we'd be looking in the Central Florida area. We both grew up here and have some knowledge of Seminole County but were hoping to get some additional perspectives on the area.
