I started out looking at turnkey and a 1% R/V, realized that was not much of a thing at the late stage I was entering REI, decided to purchase properties with an agent and do any necessary repairs or rehab with the help of a property management company, seeking deals where a little value add would go a long way.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I even considered buying an RV as an investment, but I have 0 interest in RVs so it feels like a silly move.

I just also stumbled upon an opening that my stepdad had for dumping sewage from his RV, which gave me the idea of purchasing a decent trailer/camper to turn into an Airbnb....then of course the option of finding a separate property for Airbnb.

I'm single with no kids (that I know of at least) so it's fairly easy for me to make moves such as packing up to live elsewhere.

It's jam packed with every senerio.

It's like subsidized wellfare housing. you don't want to be close by as good tenants usually leave and the 'bad' tenants you know the ones who are loud, pack rats, or criminal types stay.
