I declined for identity theft reasons, he claims that he just wants to know whats so wrong with my credit.I tell him it is just high utilization, he tells me I need to fix my credit so I can apply for business credit.

Thank you,Matthew Not sure about your DTI situation (student loans, car loans, whatever), but a DSCR loan would work well for you. 80% loan to value for a purchase is standard and with no income verification like tax returns or paystubs, you will qualify as long as the property does (rents must wash out the mortgage).Stephanie

It should show identity verification, address history, criminal history, eviction history (this doesn't show very often but is nice when it does) and a full credit report.Go to google and search for "Tenant screening" or search BP for hundreds of conversations on this topic.

Usually takes a few days or weeks to find a quality long term tenant after screening and reviewing employment verification so this will run into mid May possibly.
