That said as Brandon mentions BP has some good folks.

As someone who has been on the sales side, and is now on the underwriting side, I've seen conditions like the ones mentioned but also just as ridiculous things from the folks submitting loans.

I think at our age we can certainly offer a perspective on life for these younger folks and they sure can motivate.

The old guard in companies are more stuck in their ways whereas the younger folks not 30 to 40 years in the business believe in doing business other ways.Again not everyone is like this and there are exceptions.

Follow up with these folks, buy them lunch, get a sense for their feel of the market.5.

For people making $100 an hour hiring contractors is better but for most folks starting being able to do some painting etc can pay pretty well.  

Lots of knowledgeable folks on here, and lots of free education to be had from BP as well.

I myself am on episode 101 currently, so I'll be caught up within the next month or so :-) Yeah I am super stoked to get the ball rolling and I wanted to shout out to the folks that help inspire newbie real estate investors like myself to get off the procrastination couch and just DO IT!
