Hello, BP community, as a non resident in the US, I get to think that it could be very challenging for non residents to invest in this country due to some restrictions that we face that normal Americans don’t face.

Either way your advice is just going to generate another landlord that the rest of society wants nothing to do with...and make the rest of us look bad. 

It is a great tool in my opinion and opportunity for me.. as a first generation American to build generational wealth through Real Estate.

If I am understanding it correct, I need to set up an account with a custodian such as American IRA, I roll the money from my Roth IRA/IRA into the custodian account which is self directed and then that money can be invested in real estate deals correct?
