We typically get white or black appliances for our C class rentals and stainless steel for our B class and above rentals.

When I toured the property it looked like the owners before had duct work ran supplying A/C to the garage, and it's all sheet rocked which tells me they may have intended on converting it and just didn't follow through.I'm really hoping despite the area though I could get a tenant or two for room rentals.

Most are in C and D class neighborhoods, and the best 4 unit buildings close to me have had some crime issues.

On small local banks or C/Us may not be a major problem, but you deal with a large bank like a Chase (that is not a comment on their integrity just that they are big) finding the right person to approve is like going through a labyrinthine maze.
