Connections are connections just leave it alone. its very expensive to move it and requires 3 types of licensed trades putting in a flue pipe (AC), sewer pipe-plumber (do you know where to tie in to the sewer?)

@Greg Stetz talk to GCs, trade contractors and investors and build yourself a price list of general cost items like roofing, painting, siding, windows doors etc. offer to buy them lunch or pay them for the time.
