New to Investing and willing to help others so I can learn

Hi everyone, my wife and I have been learning about real estate investing for a year or so. We have attended one of the Local REIAs here in Austin, Tx and have driven properties with a couple of investors here in the area, watched tons of bp youtube vids and podcasts and have even paid for some mentoring for a bit. All that to be said, we are always talking about investing  and would love to network with others locally here in Austin, Tx and partner where and when we can. Now let me back track, im a general contractor, remodeler and all around handyman with experience in project management and third party inspections for risk management and energy efficiency. Ive been in and out of many different facets of construction for over 15 years. My wife is a hair stylist by trade but for awhile owned a professional cleaning business doing make readies and after construction cleaning. I bring this all up so i can show what we have to offer ourselves and others and would greatly appreciate any and all input, advice, opportunities for coffee to talk and network.
