Hi Josh,FHA 203K loans are typically limited to primary residences.

Renting by the room typically generates 25% higher rents. 

Also, using your example,  what type of event is the temporary tent being used for?

Aren't interest rates for DSCR loans typically higher than a savings secured loan? 

For example, Clarksville, TN (outside of Fort Campbell military base) could be a great option.

Typical basic trouble shooting is to inspect all connections, look for loose connections and oxidization, any warm receptacle plates or light switches, smells of melting wire or plastic, signs of burning/arcing/overheating such as blackened areas around receptacle boxes or anywhere there’s a connection, or flickering lights not associated with the bulb not being screwed in tightly.
