Shane Benner I don’t really want to name names but I will tell you I use two different PMs, in two different markets and what they do better than most others (by the norm I’m guessing) is they communicate well (sometimes I hear back in under an hour) and they have transparency.

My units were 2 and three bedrooms with about 8 windows which had blinds. 

How about this: next time a tenant under 40 moves in, give them a 1 hour home operation class. 

For my bathroom addition, I got at least three quotes from different contractors and I would suggest you do the same.

If all three were the same size then the residence portion was 1/3rd and the investment portion was 2/3rds.
