Have you ever evicted a tenant?

I currently have a client that has asked me for advice on how to properly evict a tenant. I know its never an easy thing to do, and often is a lose, lose situation for both parties. I am reaching out on the behalf on my client to see how some of you go about it? ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

If you make a mistake, your losses and problems can dramatically increase. Don't take the chance and don't take advice from strangers that may not know what they're talking about.

Take an hour to research online for eviction attorneys. Talk to a couple of them about their experience, prices, etc. Then hire one and do it right. It's a great way to learn the process along the way.
