I would appreciate for anyone to help me getting started to wholesaling in real estate when i hit 18 in january i look foward starting a carrer in real estate for my future but i need help to get prepared i got the basic of real estate of wholesaling but i need to know all the legal aspects of wholesaling of doing it safe and compliance with the law☺

Just know guys that when one door closes another will open up if you stay focused on your vision of the future.

You may be able to upgrade into a mult-unit property in this area and set yourself up for more future growth/passive income.

What matters is whether your finances can sustain a drop in rental rates and possibly above average vacancies.

If it were me, I would pull my equity out, move back with parents for short term with a plan to househack in the near future.
