Looking to open a discussion on South Bend Multi Family deals. Any thoughts on current inventory? Anyone have experience as a current landlord? Creative financing for such deals?

@Stephen Sokolow I have a 20 unit there in South Bend, and would love to buy more if there was anything worth buying. Many of the properties I am seeing are either extremely distressed or way over priced. Are you seeing anything good come up?

You might want to touch base with @Joel Florek who was able to use some creative financing in his South Bend buildings.
