How do I go about submitting an offer and negotiating financing terms etc?

Submit a fake application and check for ease-of-use and quality of reports.

Couple that with the fact that you can submit offers, earn commission on your own deals and tour properties without waiting on someone elses schedule and it's a no brainer.
