I wasn't sure if this was a open/shut type of response, or how much the details mattered.

For example A cabinet door that will not stay shut and I run into it every time I walk into the kitchen, or water pressure that is so low I can’t get all the soap and conditioner out of my thick hair or windows that let cold air come in and make me really uncomfortable and drive my heating bill up .

I know that it was raised with Cozy and they advised doing exactly what Mike recommends- shut off the tenants account.

If they are not paid, water is shut off.

I highly doubt that the landlord went through proper channels to evict this guy as I know people who have had the sheriff enforce an eviction order.The agent also told me that the owner would have shut off the utilities, but they were in the tenant's name.

I like to celebrate everytime i hear they're in a budget argument and they're going to shut it down..

We've had torrential rain deteriorating the foundation further, there are deep 5" sink holes in the soil, main wall in the basement has shifted from 1/2" when I first saw it, to about 3", siding is sagging in areas and door in bathroom will not shut by about 1/2" (it was find 2 months ago).

And I'm not positive, but I think that there are people planted in the audience to be the first ones to slam their notebook shut and run to the front, just to encourage others.
