Oh,  if it is an illegal activity, then all my post will be inaccurate, I am seeing a lot of +/- on your prices, and given my unsolicited professional opinion.

I am looking for an online marketing strategy or a professional who can help us manage our online presence. 

The owner is not a professional landlord and the property is mismanaged and getting destroyed by the tenant...

You never know what information your tenant is telling prospects and if what they say does not line up EXACTLY with what you advertise you immediately lose credibility.You really need, at a minimum, a professional leasing agent to show the home when the current tenants are not home.  

Same outcome you seek just a different approach.
