Often these things have big emotional impact, a few hundred dollar value theme park day pass/thing for a small family and they will think you Mother Theressa and tell everyone what there landlord did for them, a few hundred bucks and they will say "hey, thanks".

I would just watch out for whatever home you are looking to get that if it has a HOA find out if there okay with Trailers being parked in the front of the house.

I've already attended some training on this new law that was conducted by the California Apartment Association, and in that training their legal folks opined that "any other financial obligations under a lease" could include things like utilities, parking fees, pet rent, etc.
