THey will only attract the students that want something for nothing or a free ride.

I once had a mobile car detailing service buff and pimp his ride in the parking of his broker's office ... right in-front of the board room window during their weekly sales meeting.

Does it make more financial sense to my business to fire him now or ride out this rough patch with him to get my current job completed and to solidify our loyalty/bond for future projects together now that he has a better grasp of how his business model is most effective?

It's funny people forget the housing bust of a few years ago, it seems to me like we are starting the same train ride again.

Weigh those two together and see if the $450 a month is worth it to ride that out.

I wouldn't rent rooms though because having that many unrelated people in a household might be a violation and if you live there they will befriend you and will inevitably end up not paying rent and/or becoming dependent on you for rides to places, food, cleaning, etc

If it's too high all you can do is give it a shot and then let it ride.

Or, you could get whacked with a hail storm this summer and need to replace it very quickly.

Weare not rich, so we returned very short on cash(unable to buy some essential things we got rid ofprior to moving, like a riding mower, snow blower,etc. things that we planned to purchase on ourreturn.)
